The Hampton Professional Networking Club
PDF Print E-mail

Greetings Metro Atlanta Hamptonians.

It was indeed a great pleasure netwoking and meeting so many new Hamptonians and catching up with old friends, at the Kick-off of the Hampton Professional Networking Club. It was so refreshing to see so many faces from the classes of 80's and 90's. The first meeting was very well attended and a big success. We want to extend a special  thanks to Kevin, Randy and his team(the owners of Cafe Circa) for providing such great service. Hats off to these young brothers. It is always a pleasure to support and spend money with Hamptonians.

The goal of this club is to provide a platform for Hamptonians and other professionals to market, sell and promote whatever they do. It is a vehicle to meet new professional contacts and leverage those relationships for professional gain. It is about how can I get a bigger piece of the pie.  As a seasoned business professional with over twenty years in the game, I have learned that the social and political piece is very important when it comes to competing in this tough market place. It is critical that you stay one step ahead of the game.  This last event had Doctors, Dentist, Attorneys, IT Professionals, Corporate Recruiters, Insurance Professionals, Management Consultants, Authors, Entrepreneurs, Contractors, Education Professionals, Politicians, Marketing and Sales Professionals, as well as a number of other professionals. With the dynamics of today's professional market place, it makes good sense to be connected with groups like this to give yourself the professional edge.

The Hampton Professional Networking group is open to any professional whether they attended Hampton or not. I encourage you to invite your colleagues and friends. Let's build a strong and diverse network.

The next event is scheduled for Wednesday March 21, at Cafe Circa (located in downtown Atlanta) from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm. We meet every third Wednesday of each month at Cafe Circa. Plan to come out and get some of that good old "Home By the Sea" hospitality.  Spread the word. We are expecting a big turnout, so don't miss out. Remember, your networth is directly proportional to the strength of your network. The Hampton Professional Network, for the discriminant professional.  For more information, goto www.hualumni.com.
